I believe that laughter is pure positive energy and can transform the not so good into something wonderful. I even believe that laughter is a healing energy for the body, physical and mental healing.

In my family they say that I laugh at everything, but I don't think so, I just naturally, in essence, although in my early youth I wasn't, but I discovered it, I am a cheerful and positive person. Joy is positive, it changes the environment we are in, it transforms it.
I laugh at jokes... well honestly sometimes I don't understand some of them, I don't know if they are bad or if I don't understand them, but I laugh at simple things and I like to make simple jokes, I like people to laugh. Sadness brings more sadness and it's true that sometimes situations are very bad, but laughing helps the soul.
I laugh at everyday things, at things that come up in conversation, but most of the time I laugh at serious expressions or funny faces, don't get me wrong, at people who are naturally like that, with serious humour. Often things that other people wouldn't laugh at, I do, simple but funny things. No need to tell me a big joke, natural things, everyday life.
A lot has made me cry in the past, my tears are sensitive, a song, a poem, a detail they have with me can make me cry, but they are tears of happiness. Tears of emotion be it for a word at the right moment, said by a special person, words that I didn't expect... a film, a situation that makes me feel great. Sweet tears.
But there are bitter tears, tears for the death of a loved one, tears for a stressful situation that overwhelms me, or when I see someone I love suffering, for sad things that happen in life. How many times have I cried because I found myself lost on the road and not knowing what to do when faced with certain distressing circumstances. Many times.
Crying for me is a way to release tension, I need it. If I don't do it I can get sick. There are people who shout, other people bang on doors, break dishes. I need to cry and then I think more clearly. I have cried a lot in my life, I have also laughed and both are necessary for me. The last time I cried was yesterday, at a city light show and also yesterday I laughed at a joke my brother made.

I always say that for a person to attract and captivate me they have to be interesting, to impact me in some way, it's almost instantaneous, I feel the energies. The word interesting is very broad and I wouldn't know in detail what it means, I only know it at the time.
But one of the things I value the most is that that person makes me laugh, laugh together, that exchange of positive energies is incredible. Whoever makes me laugh reaches my emotions, of course if I cry for that person, not because they have done something bad to me, but because something moves me because it is something good or because I care about that person, I also connect with them.
I think what connects, captivates and attracts me is the similarity, to be able to talk about anything, but above all to laugh together, to look into her eyes and see her soul and feel that which cannot be explained with words, because I think it is not of this world.
That's why I think that one of the things I value most in a couple is the ability to make me laugh, but most of all to laugh together, the complicity, the mischievousness, looking together in the same direction. Physical things come and go, although they are also important, I have to like that person, with my personal tastes, and possessions help us to be carefree, which is also important, but if there is no joy, a couple does not last. It is not the material that creates the connection. The material is built together, but the interior comes from within and from the source.

Laughter is like the light that illuminates the hearts, I am happy to have that light, that light that illuminates like the lights of the city. This topic as well as other interesting ones can be found in the weekend topics presented by @galenkp. Thank you for that.

I love this reflection, laughter and emotions feel real, it made me smile
Thank you so much!
Good morning, @avdesing. Your thoughts on emotions are very interesting. Today, we are fortunate that many ideas from popular culture have been rediscovered by science, so we are no longer considered crazy.
On the need to feel emotions (although I prefer to call them feelings), modern neuroscience is quite clear: unexpressed emotions make us sick. That's why Nazareth Castellanos calls for inhabiting the body.
On the other hand, Damasio made it clear in the 1990s that psychologist William James was right. Laughter causes feelings of joy.
On the other hand, your ideas about love in a couple are very beautiful.
I hope you enjoy a great Saturday. 🤗
Without laughter the world would be too sad and I don't think anyone would survive... there would be no good vibes. It's true that I laugh a lot or I'm cheerful, but if they make me laugh for silly things, all the better hahaha. I totally agree with what you said. Thank you very much!
I send you my warmest regards (I think 😃) Happy Saturday 🐦 🤗
Thank you!!! Happy Saturday!!!

Without a doubt, we must laugh and be happy, enjoy special moments with our families. Laughter also helps you release tension, just as crying helps us vent about situations we encounter in life. Best regards.
Exactly, both are necessary in life and help us a lot in life. Thank you very much!

Without a doubt, laughter can transform everything, and as you rightly say, it's very good for many parts of our body.
It's wonderful that you're such a cheerful and positive person; you always put people in a better mood.
Crying isn't bad either, especially if it helps you release tension. It's a healthy way to cope.
I love the weekend topics you've suggested.
Have a great day, dear friend @avdesing

Hello Amonet
I think I'm very similar to you; I'm also very sensitive to emotions. I laugh most of the day, but I also cry about everything.
It's true, laughter is a light that illuminates our hearts.
Have a wonderful weekend!
It's touching, but we must try not to let other people's problems affect us, otherwise we'll get sick. Thank you!
Thank you so so much @indiaunited and @steemflow!!!😃😃😃😃
