I don't work on anything else except minor or major home repairs.

You will definitely learn a lot about building and maintaining a house, it is best to be able to do these activities yourself. It will be the same with your partner. This I say from my experience.

I'm currently doing some works in the family appartement, it's surely the reason I'm so late on connecting these last days :)
