The $1000 weekend: A posting contest

What would I do with $ 1000 in one weekend.

Easy answer: Have a great party and invite all of my close friends. Since I am planning my wedding right now, it is quite easy and I would have a list with all the people I want to have with me at hand.
Partying have been pretty limited recently and so I think almost everything would bring people together. But it has to be special. Cheaper drinks for sure, since it is a party with friends and I do not want to make profits from it. Good music - since $1000 won't be enough for a DJ, it would probably just be a Spotify playlist with friends of mine doing the mix.
The location would probably be at my parents' place, since we don't have to pay anything for the venue and their old farm would be quite perfect for a big party with many people.

I love being with people, so I would invite a lot of people. Having fun, dancing, drinking, having a pool party - all those nice stuff would be part of that party. We would probably start Friday evening and celebrate through the whole weekend. Having fancy cocktails, delicious food and snacks and people all over the place would be completely satisfying and perfect for me. Dancing with good music with beautiful people and swimming in the pool, would be a great extra. Also everyone would be asked to do some special acts.
And when not drinking and dancing we would be playing games. Also drinking games, but also community games, card games and board games. Since there would be lots of people on different locations, there would be parallel activities.

Tbh, $1000 are a lot for me to spend myself, but for a great party it wouldn't really cover a lot. So still drinks and food would have to be paid, the music equipment would probably be a few hundred bucks and the rest would go into stuff for the venue and the drinks.
