non-crime hate incident, something the police must record if it’s perceived to be motivated by hostility or prejudice.
I can't imagine such a law in the U.S. We draw the line at bodily harm here, and even that...Recently a gent was acquitted of misdemeanor assault because he threw a subway sandwich at a police officer.
What else could one usefully do with a Subway sandwich?:)
But seriously, police being involved in non-crime incidents, is something I never imagined could happen here.
I am full of hate... For many things and people. Mostly I hate the assholes that self impose as the rule makers.
Does that make me the "Dexter" of whatever these self imposed authoritarian dictators of perception say is a hate crime..?
