Today's the start of a whole new project for me. Under the cover is a classic car in serious need of some tlc. I will be impressed if anyone can guess the make and model hidden under the makeshift car cover.
Time to lift the covers...
And the big reveal...
So, we have a 1976 Triumph Spitfire 1500 TC (twin carburettor). Sadly this has been outside, albeit under covers, for a couple of years and is showing a bit of rust in places. So, today's project is to get it onto a tow truck and over to my friend's garage for a thorough inspection.
Not too shabby rear end.
Onto the ramps.
This is a good looking but neglected classic. I shall be posting regular updates on progress as we get the old girl up and running again, stay tuned.
Many thanks to @scubahead for taking on photographic duties as we manhandled the car on to the tow truck.

Oh, man! You've had that beauty hidden away and neglected?!
My my! I do hope she gets the special TLC that she deserves. If I'd known you had this, I would have popped by to give her some gentle touches.
I do hope she finds a new love.
1976, the best year ever! The #hottest #UK #summer ever.
Fingers crossed she finds a new forever home. With a nice dry garage!
That's a pretty coo rag top.
Yeah, lovely ain't she?
Glad to be of assistance. Looking forward to seeing her going again. @millycf1976 would love this little beauty
I am open to cash offers lol
It will never fit on the boat
