Looks so yummy to the tummy. But I still find it hard why I don’t really fancy vegetable salad 🥗 that much. I will rather have lot of fruit salad. Though I have started learning how it take the vegetables too.
I recommend you try adding diced apples and/or peaches to your salads. Sometimes I add dried cranberries. I'm sure you will be surprised at how delicious it will taste.
Wohoo! This brings back childhood memories. I remember how my mom used to force us (my siblings and I) to eat vegetables. I was a picky eater, and eating vegetables was not my thing.
I didn't like salads as a child either, but as an adult I learned to make dressings that make them extremely delicious and refreshing. In addition, I became aware of all the benefits it brings to my body.
