Yes, plus signing up with a keystore. If not, then you need to cash out manually via LeoDEX.
oh. i get it now. its meant for new users who come from Dash community, makes sense. im not signing up for a new user anymore 😀 . but i can change to Dash manually later if i want - gotcha
