hmmm. I just checked this. It is once again in three figure. currently 126.9.
In my little understanding, APR number depends upon the total liquidity. Decrease in liquidity increase the APR number. Decreased in liquidity may be happended either the withdrawal of funds or dip in worth of either tokens. To make it more simpler. Reward is fixed. Suppose team distribute 1,000 PC every day. low liquidity in the pool will increase the reward and APR and high liquidity will decrease the reward for each user as well as APR.

Yes, but in this case the drastic APR change was not coupled to a change in volume locked. I guess they just changed the algorithm to make the pool more attractive, or it is a bug.
