Probably the biggest thing from our perspective is that vote value remains consistent rather than decreasing as your vote power % drops.
So the main thing affecting your vote value is changes in the price of HIVE (the dust threshold is still $0.02, and vote power recovery is still 20% per day). It should be easier to explain to new users, and should increase both author and voter rewards.
Definitely an incentive to create content and (even more) to engage with others' content !
