It's self evident to the world that he's trying to build an 'everything app' with Twitter. I don't get why he 'dislikes' web 3.0 even though it has a higher chance of succesfully building an 'everything app' than web 2.0. I think he overlooked the challenges ahead. Sometimes being 'too smart' can be a problem.

I am not sure he dislikes it. Either he doesnt want it because he cant control it or it is something he cannot understand.

Right. I think it's the first one. He doesn't want it because he wouldn't be able to control it.
