We were paying 20% interest o HBD, now 15%. The value of HBD is derived from HIVE. HBD is a derivative. It acts like debt.
There is currently 11m in HBD. (There was over 14m at its peak). People tend to convert HBD to HIVE when the market is weak. This amplifies and prolongs dips
Converting 1m HBD at a dime generates 10m HIVE. It is difficult for the market to absorb this. Plus it dilutes the HIVE of existing holders.
HIVE has one platform killing problem. It is called HBD aka debt.
I guess I will end this with a whine.

Very true, not to mention the extra HBD from DHF selling & also the pressure on Hive from stabilizer!
