El 1 de Enero de 2022 Stary Writing me liberó la primera parte del pago de mi primera novela llamada "Errores Mortales" un total de "$200" los cuales solicité desde el monedero de Stary Writing hasta mi cuenta de "PayPal".

Debido algunos retrasos propios de las fechas decembrinas mi pago fue aprobado 7 días más tarde el cual debió ser aprobado el 5 de Enero pero debido a lo ya mencionado fue aprobado el 12 de Enero, ocurrido esto solo debía esperar 15 días continuos a partir de esta fecha para que este llegara a mi cuenta PayPal.

Cabe destacar que esto no es una regla obligatoria, por lo que el dinero puede llegar un poco antes y así fue el dinero llegó el día 13 de Enero sin embargo este se encontraba retenido, para los que no saben PayPal realiza esto como una acción de protección a quién paga por el producto a través de esta plataforma. Lo que debemos hacer de manera inmediata es contactar con el pagador de servicio (en mi caso contacté a mi representante en Stary Writing) y notificarle la situación de esta manera nuestro pago podrá ser liberado en un promedio de 24 horas.

Sin embargo el caso que me sucedió fue inédito; bueno casi inédito ya que PayPal bloquea y solicita el
restablecimiento de contraseña a una de cada diez cuentas que reciben dinero por primera vez sin embargo esto se resuelve de manera muy sencilla "Restableciendo la Contraseña" simplemente colocamos nuestro correo y nuestra contraseña es restablecida correctamente enviando a nuestro correo electrónico una interfax para crear una nueva contraseña. En mi caso me sucedió algo totalmente extraño ya que mi cuenta de PayPal no reconocía mi identidad de correo electrónico y se me hacía imposible ingresar a través de esta.

Pues bien en ese caso dado a que PayPal no tiene una sede física; no al menos en mi país @venezuela, poseia pocas formas de solucionar este problema, por lo cual me sentí muy nervioso ya que podía haber perdido mis fondos en Paypal y con ello todo mi trabajo del mes de Diciembre, entonces intenté comunicarme con el Soporte técnico, pero esto no fue nada fácil ya que me llevaba de una opción a la otra sin algún tipo de respuesta satisfactoria cosa que aumentaba mi angustia, es cuando decido ir a YouTube y gracias a un vídeo de un Youtuber quien da un dato para resolver este tipo de situaciones logré contactar con un chat en directo.

Realizar esto no fue nada fácil ya que la aplicación Paypal hizo algunas actualizaciones así que me toco intentarlo en varias ocasiones hasta que logré contactarme en chat con un usuario el cuál a través de una serie de preguntas "confirmo mi identidad" pude restablecer mi contraseña e ingresar a mi cuenta de Paypal y cobrar mis fondos.

Les comparto esta experiencia y les confieso que sentí un poco de miedo de ser hackeado sin embargo gracias a Dios eso no sucedió es por ello que he decido compartir esta información con ustedes, el método es seguro y puede hacerse a través del "Chat en directo" que nos ofrece PayPal finalmente el operador me envió un correo de soporte a mi cuenta registrada en PayPal y a través de ella pude restablecer mi contraseña y logré ingresar a mi cuenta de PayPal con éxito.
