Go for the fresh start. You can have one every day / morning to some degree. Maybe making time for yourself where and when you can have control before you "step into" everything else may help you get closer to that reset and control you are looking for.

Sometimes we do feel like we're getting stuck in the same old routine. It's important to make a change every so often, even if it's minor. We're not built to handle the same thing over and over - part of our nature is to embrace changes!
I do believe that you'll be the one to determine when you'll have your fresh start. Make sure it happens while you're still young and healthy.
