Sure man doesn't hurt to try. I'm not really here for the money game though so it might not come across as genuine from my part to be promoting that.
I do want to contribute to this chain but through other creative means. The one thing I don't like here though is that discord is where everyone hangs out and collaborates (or colludes) and that's part of the issue why the community element here is more like "bubbles" or "closed groups." The whole "onchain" factor is treated as unimportant.
So there's just no tools to get that buzz going ONCHAIN that can then live OPEN as the evolution of something. NO SEARCH either to be able to track down activity on something and get the "Happening on Hive" community feel.
Still though as I said it doesn't hurt to give something a go. Those AMAs by LEO need polish because if it's just going to be kept as is. With Neal asking questions to Khal for people watching through other centralized networks then again how is THAT actually celebrating and promoting blockchain?
Why does LEO use youtube too.. why don't they use threespeak? See these thing are important to me to begin with. I'm not giving traffic to those bullshit platforms. I'd rather do nothing until the system here is able to facilitate my vision. I'm not pretending to be elitest either. In the end my content might be crap but it certainly will not exist on mainstream.
Anyway if you're connected to community through those channels see what a few members say because imo, video content by Leo users is a win win. It would likely be rewarded by Leo and then will exist to bring in attention to Leo. Just text blogging is all everyone does and on top it's stuff that means nothing tomorrow.
What do you have in mind as a post? Is it to just get opinions or do you have something else in mind?
I guess its handy to have a published document that describes the sort of thing we're imagining, so that we can always just redirect people to it instead of trying to explain it over and over. If people get engaged with the post and throw in their opinions then all the better but im no specialist on getting engagement. I don't spend a huge amount of time online and im not enagaged with most of the discord stuff, but ive made a few friendly aquaintances over the years and im certain it wouldnt be too hard to get guest speakers who might want to present some ideas etc.
Also Im guessing its good to use youtube as well as 3speak and any other platforms as well because ideally its not completely hivecentric but more an open discussion on crypto which just happens to be launched by the hive community and therefore naturally promotes the hive ecosystem. Dunno what you think.... but i think breaking out of the bubble is probably key from a marketing perspective (even if really we're just having fun!).
What would you say your ideal contribution would be? What do you like doing?

aha. interesting observations. Maybe it should really be a spanish roundtable! hehe
funnily enough I already tried to reach out to @meno who is a spanish speaker, and is also probably one of the best crypto talkshow hosts Ive heard on the blockchain! If it was a project he was interested in, that would be amazing. I guess it would just be a question of whether a team of us could do the organisational side so that he could just step in and be the gracious host without too much fuss... we'll see. Im not getting super active and trying to force a project in to life, I just think its a worthwhile line of inquiry and if a few people were interested it might be fun to take forwards. Im always game for the slow burn : )
