I am not sure what you are talking about. Are you talking about voting a percentage?
Click on heart button votes of any posts, for example you will calculate and find 4.6 dollars but you will see just 2.3 dollars

Remember that if a post has a vote of 1 dollar on it - the author get 50 cents and the voter gets 50 cents. This is not an error, it is the way the blockchain distributes rewards. The interface you are using might be showing what the total is and what you get from it.
