Many people who are new to web3 need consistent guidance. Without this, some people may find web3 things a bit overwhelming and decide to back down; which is a typical trait of many people who find web3 on their own.

That's very true. Not many people are willing to go through the loops on their own which is understandable especially if it's very new to them. One needs to have enough curiosity to explore or at least ask questions from others.
I've been educating people for a few years and it is difficult, but possible, people need a safe space where they can create, expand their knowledge, and understand everything without the fear of being ashamed for asking questions.
