Updates on the venture follows a declaration by Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) in May that it will put $1 billion of every Polish data centre, as the biggest economy in the European Union's eastern wing attempts to situate itself as a territorial innovation center point.

"We are preparing for it to be operational toward the start of 2021."
Jadwiga Emilewicz, Poland's appointee executive, told the paper she evaluated Google could put $1.5 billion to $2 billion in the task.
