Instructions:

- Mix tamarind paste, fish sauce, and sugar in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a wok and scramble the eggs. Add garlic and shrimp/tofu.
- Add noodles and pour in the sauce. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Toss in bean sprouts and cook for another minute.
- Serve with chopped peanuts and lime wedges.
