Ingredients continued:
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Red food coloring (optional)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and spices. Add food coloring if desired.
- Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 4 hours (overnight preferred).
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill.
- Bake or grill the chicken for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with naan or rice.
