LOL. It doesn't taste anything close to Chicken. It becomes very soft after cooking it and it has no shred like Chicken or Beef. It is also delicious and enjoyable when eating it.
Some people have it as snacks, spicy and sauced.
Hmm sound different to me.
Oh well. Have to experience I guess.
If you like soft meat, you may like cow skin too. It's locally called "Ponmo" in Nigeria.
