Nice, a quick one, it's been a while I had pasta and sauce. It was jollof pasta I had for breakfast with a mix of green peas, sweetcorn, mushroom, sausage, chicken and fish chunks.
I like it and I think my children like my cooking more than their mother's. LOL

She is a good cook and learned a lot from me over the 14 years we've been married, but I'm better than her hahaha...

I now remembered that she had a video on YouTube a few years ago making a "pudding cake".
It was even funny and delicious.

I confess that I had never seen it, but I did some research and it actually existed here in Brazil, but just like the news in the image below, all establishments closed in 2020.
