I later realised the edits take time to effect on the threads but the polls are not editable and I think it's cool that way because if the polls could be edited then the votes will be countered.

It can take some time for edits to take effect. The poll threads are editable although the polls arent.

Cant really have editable polls. If you have a poll and people vote and then the poll is changed, that is counter productive.
