I love to use fresh garlic in my dishes because of the unique flavour and aroma it adds to them and the good thing is that a little amount makes my dishes taste great. The vegan recipes I love to use garlic to cook are: vegetable sauce, vegetable jollof rice, fried rice, pasta, tomato stew, potato porridge and yam porridge.
It reminds me of the garlic bread I had yesterday, it was so yummy.
Oh! I can imagine. I have not tried adding garlic to bread, I would give a try and bake garlic bread, I'm sure it would taste great.

Yes, it's very good with great health benefits. I add it to hot water, honey and lemon to clear my throat and when there is cold. It helps a lot.
