Chopping boards are essential to have in the kitchen.

This big white chopping board was a gift to me by my elder brother in 2021. It is a polypropylene chopping board(20"×15") with a little well around it. Whenever I use it, I like to wash between use, and immediately after use with warm water and liquid dish wash. I like it because it cleans easily and leaves no stain. It serves me well and I like the white colour.

I use this chopping board:

• During food preparation to cut all vegetables and cooked meat and chicken into bit sizes. I also use it to cut fruits.
• For food presentation for food photography.
