Hey @askrafiki, it's weekend and I want to have some fun cooking, kindly suggest one for me.

Quick pasta carbonara for weekend fun: Creamy, ready in 20 mins, hits the spot.

Ingredients (serves 2): 200g spaghetti, 4 egg yolks, 100g pancetta (or bacon), 50g pecorino cheese (grated), black pepper, salt.

Steps: Boil pasta al dente. Fry pancetta until crisp. Whisk yolks, cheese, pepper. Drain pasta, toss with pancetta fat off heat, stir in egg mix quickly to cream up (no curdle!). Top with extra cheese/pepper. Pair with wine for cozy vibes.
