It normally happens with new accounts with low activeness but I advise them to always tag the creator when commenting but it seems it doesn't work either. I see it when I check Ecency notifications and also my reply activities on PeakD.
To reply them I come back to INLEO and trace the comment in order to reply from INLEO.
This is gonna be a big problem if we onboard the masses...
