Going into real estate is good, considering environmental hazard is good because some area, the topography is not good.we need to consider it before going into it.
Even some area is flooded with water when you invest in such are,you will found out, that place is waist of money.thanks for the information.
Noise is another thing you need to consider, because investing in a noisy place doesn't yeild much money.
