depending on users, there will be always a solid bottom line. i think if the active user would have some higher x factor, hive would not necessarily depend on a bullrun.

Simple because there are fiat gateways like splinterlands.

I could be wrong, because to bullish on hive. But yeah that's part of the game. If I'm wrong ( and nothing dramatic happens) i will buy a much larger stake if the price should drop massive :D

I wrote off Hive ever being a big hit quite a while ago, doesn't mean I don't love it.. I just see it as a quieter project.

I will tell you recently, I've seen some changes that "could" change that.

Changes for the better: A calmer culture, some whales powering down for better distribution. Less bernie style hounded of users. The maturing of Splinterlands and other projects. People really enjoying tribes.

It's just going to be really hard with this amount of competition to get break out level attention, when with the exception of Lordbutterfly there is almost no outreach happening for users or developers. Time will tell.

It is the strongest it's ever been though, so.. Who knows.

IMO if hive become the gas/gov token without the reward mechanic on posts (because the average user will always feel it "unfair") + a strong stable coin ( also with some changes), hive can become top 10 IMO.

Depending on the future development, I think it could make a move like ETH in the early days.

In general, I see so many randoms buy BTC/ETH and will never use it. That's different on hive. And for no "real" marketing, decentralize building I think we run not bad :)
