RE: It's a Bloody Crash Tuesday - BTC, ETH, and Basically Everything

I don't mind, that's fair. I mostly just talk about what the crypto people are talking about.

You may well remember how many times I have said I don't consider myself to be a writer or a content creator.

I engage with people, talk about issues, don't shove my views down other's.

I use a friendly tone and always question my own views.

You see Hive as a "Publish Your Work" site. I see it as a social economic network and fully acknowledge I hold no special talent when it comes to writing, in fact, I'm pretty bad at it.

That's why I have always disliked and disagreed with the Quality Content BS. Publish a book if you think you are Shakespeare, the Internet is for casual engagement.

I would also like to point out, that I don't have a big vote.. so, my network doesn't come from financial importance. I have more Cub than Hive or Leo.

I do the exact opposite really!

Yep, and variety is a good thing. I know you think everyone else is simple and delusional and many are. In 2008 I had my big wake up about the world and power and money and politics. Part of the reason I still love crypto. It's an ongoing battle for freedom. But I'm over the UPSET phase. Or the evangelist phase. Those with power will always try to keep it, and do nasty things to do so. and those who don't feel powerful will look for ways to find it/take it.

I just wondered if after being accused of "using your stake and being over rewarded, if it occurred to you that for a 2 day drama you were on the opposite side of the very issue you so often talk about.

It clearly didn't occur to "A" that he was destroying the mantra of Hive's whales, as he tore apart a community, because it wasn't fair. The irony was fun. The attack of what I hoped was an autonomous community wasn't. And to make matters worse they folded. Sigh.

I wonder what those who are mad at crypto now were thinking. A bunch of rebels invent a new money and entice the world to sue it... Did you really think they were going to say.. Gosh, we need to make a better product, hope y'all come back now.

Or did you think they would use media, billionaires, congress, fear and terrorism to hold on to their power and money?

I'm surprise that so many seem shocked and disillusioned.

Firstly - to your previous reply - you are not a bad writer, you are a very good writer and that shines through in your own posts and comments. But if you take content from a globalist propaganda site like Reuters, that is not you, that is just sharing misinformation and being supported by the agenda promoting whales behind Leo. Which is why Leo is the opposite of good financial advice. When Reuters starts saying BTC is all over and going to zero, I might just get interested again!

Now the POB thing - I'm not used to being seen as a major player on any blockchain that's for sure, although my Hive holdings are probably larger than a lot of people realise. (I'm rectifying that as fast as I can as we speak)

The drama was created as an experiment, and the results were of great interest. Part two of the experiment is coming soon. Although I know what that is, I have no part in it, and am quite apprehensive about it because I "have skin in the game"

But no, I don't see it as being on the opposite side of the drama at all - I was maybe just a bit more prominent than usual on the same side I'm always on.

I want POB to work out, and think it does have a fighting chance, but like the Hive hardfork I think it will take a real shitstorm to get the degree of independence needed.
