I try to encourage new people. I upvote and comment if the post is more than just a meme or something. My vote of 0.01 won't make them rich, but at least they know someone is paying attention to what they have to say.
Trust me you’re right but that 0.01 will go a long way for someone like me who seems to appreciate every upvote no matter how small or huge it might be. It’s a lot of encouragement really!

Exactly, a friend was complaining about that to me today and i told him to not relent he should just keep doing his thing. It’s all about time and efforts.
