Fear of failure can also be a significant factor,

it is not necessarily fear of failure but fear of judgement. In asking for help and getting an answer that does not mesh with what one is looking for can also be detrimental.

There is more to be said on this but I lost my 🚂🚃🚃 of thought. 😁
