I genuinely expected this DHF Proposal to pass much faster. Build it and they will come has proven to not work. Many projects with little users or technology have higher marketcaps than $HIVE because of marketing. If HIVE needs to thrive in the next bull market it must fund as many DAPPs that can bring more active users. $LEO has proven to be able to do this. In fact it is one of the best things that happened to HIVE.
