They are all fresh, except the tumeric which is grinded to be like a powder. Then I will book them in a pot. It's healthy.

My problem with coffee it where to get a good one.
oGo to market square you will get any brand you want depending on your location.
I use to take it until my doctor ask me to stop because it drains one.
