With wealth comes power, hopefully to fight the government.
That's one of the reasons government are afraid. They'll be surprised on an overhaul of the list of billionaires in Nigeria in the next 10 years.

They are scared of growth.... Directly or indirectly everything is destined to change, they need to accept that the power they possess before keeps reducing each day.
They fear the day where an average Nigerian won't be subject to bribery, to aid their evil agenda
