Do they have links con them or are they regular threads?
I just discovered that any sort of link (including threads link) will make a thread disappear. All links should be hosted as reply to the main thread.
Maybe you have check the option of don't show threads with links.
Yes, all links must be in a reply. Any link on the top level thread will make the thread disappear from the feed.
It is a antispam measure
Remember link sharing in the first thread is not allowed at the moment, it will very soon but right now, only as replies to the first thread.
