As I usually say, if someone wants to get funded for creating a Hive dapp, they should create a working version first, then create a Hive Proposal for it afterwards for continued development and hosting costs. π€

Well, yes, I can see the benefit in that, however, if someone expends a lot of resources to create a dapp, and s/he doesn't get funded, that could be quite problematic indeed. π π π β¨ π€

If a developer of a good Hive dapp doesn't get his/her Hive proposal funded, then he/she could still get funding through other means, such as publishing blog posts about the progress of the development of the Hive dapp, for which he/she can get author rewards (and tips). π€
