As a newbie coming to the hive blockchain, the first priority is to build the Hive power as that will offer the resources needed to carry out all the activities on the blockchain.
Not building and focusing on Hive power is one of the greatest mistake I made when I first joined the Hive Blockchain. But I couldn't really blame myself for that since things are not easy especially in the country I found myself where to feed only yourself is not easy task because of how the economic structure of the country is only designed to favours only the riches and that left me with no choice when I first joined hive than to only focused on earning rather than building.
It is essential to first focused on the hive power as a newbie as that will give one the freedom needed on the blockchain. And not only that, it will also helps to easily build the Hive power through curation and that's will earn one some rewards which will be going directly to your Hive power and help your account grow faster.
When I checked the calendar, then I realized that am a year and some days in the blockchain then I am really ashamed of how low my Hive power is when I am on 65 reputation. That is so low for that reputation and the duration in the blockchain. I saw some of the newbie growing at fast rate like @littlebee4 especially what she has acquired just within the duration of 5 months really amaze me and I think, I should take a step he took which I think will really help me grow.

I am glad this inspired you and I agree. You can use the HP to delegate, for example, to @leo.voter and earn LEO with that. It is one way to add two tokens at one time.
With what you have, I would look to double the HP you have. That is where I would focus. See how quickly you could achieve that.
