I had a kid like that on class once, and what we did was shifts his drawings from the original program to cars and engine designes, it was awesome. He was very passionate about cars and was able to do a few same style as Overhaulin

He is 3.5 years old. I am looking for ideas to engage hime when he is at home
That is awesome. At that age they don't engage for long tho, you are gonna need several activities. And if you can, get them a space with a chalkboard. Paint a piece of a wall, idk, but an space for him to draw with chalk. It is fun af
