#mondaymotivation

I'm alive after the hardest machines at the gym. And I bet your gym doesn't have a view to this landscape and cute horse to recover between sets

That is awesome. Nice work.

Thanks!!! I'm cooling down now and I feel it in my soul hahaha but better than feeling stiff form doing nothing

Hoping you feel better now. What are your work-out goals, or maybe just yo stay in shape? Nice views by the way.

Well, I spend early morning and from noon to almost midnight on the PC. I need activity and mobility. Also yes, basically enter shape, I'm way out of shape. And strength. I wanna be able to climb obstacles during hike with no issue

Noble goals and big reasons to gym. Staying fit is healthy. And for us that stay on the screen for long hours, gym is a place to do that important physical activity to recharge - and of course return to the duty post.

Yeah, it's also easier to focus and stay still working when your energy has been used in physical activities. Also it improves sleep. Getting tired from work is not the same as being physically tired. Mental work gives an sensation of burnout even if you are actually not that stressed, but have been sitting all day.

Exactly. I do not go to gym yet, but I work out at home. Mainly doing series of 100 pushups each time. It helps a lot. I do skipping sometimes. These physical activities help reset the mind and fill up the body with new energy.

I tried at home but I lose motivation pretty easily. Also, at the gym I'm actually feeling it haha, I like cardio and pilates but the machines target the muscle without getting me overtired. Well see how it goes, this is my second week

Wish you all the best. Would soon try gym too and it would be my first time ever. Hoping to love it like you then.

You do it outside?

No, inside, but it's a first floor and open on one side, it doesn't have a wall there, just a fence

Oh cool

yeah,it's hice to breath fresh air, especially when the power is cut and the fans stop working.
