Resources or RC is what allow you to do actions, so it's what you use more.

And the person that says they claimed leo and it is not on their wallet, is because they claimed a reward of referrals but that button is still being tested, it's not live, and that was already explained to them, that once it's live, they will be able to claim again and get it on their wallet
