Being Healthy VS Being Wealthy

Uh, I'm kinda confused about how I should start this post's topic. So I'll just get straight to the point, then.

I've just passed by people arguing about living happily and healthily VS living wealthily. Of course, again, I can't resist my urge to take part in the conversation, here's my conclusion.

Unique Mindset

People have unique mindsets

  • Some aspire to go on an adventurous trip around the world.

  • Some wants to be rich to be able to afford expensive houses, cars, and vacation.

  • Some dreams to be famous around the globe.

  • But some, just want to be contended with being healthy and happy.

Some people are against working too hard because they believe that working too hard will only result in burning up your savings for your medical fees at a later period of your time.
And this kinda mindset isn't wrong too, I've seen people going thru this procedure of life, working so hard and saving up so much money, just to empty their bank account for the medical fees, from illness that accumulated from the time he was working all so hard.

Then some people believe that living without any goals or ambitions is a waste of being alive. People should pursue goals and ambitions.

For me, there is no right or wrong. Being successful doesn't mean you have to be rich, have a high-income job position, or be the most famous person in the world.

Your goal doesn't have to be big, or so crazy that it shocks the world. If it's what you aspire to do or to be, no matter how small it is, it's still called a "goal".

For some people, just being able to work a stable job and be able to have time for families after work, is called "success".

But for some, only being the best is worthy of being called "successful"...

Balanced Lifestyle

I preferred living a balanced lifestyle, I believe in working hard to build a future and sacrificing your entertainment time to do it. But, it should not be to the extent of sacrificing your health.

It is possible to while working hard, take good care of your health too. You got to manage your time, in 24 hours a day, how many hours should you sleep, how many hours your jobs take away, how should you set aside time for your side hustle, and when you should exercise.

It's as Elon Musk said, we should not follow in his footsteps, it's not healthy. You may see his successful moments, but you never know what he sacrificed to reach where he is now. That said, it's your choice too if you wanna follow in his footsteps...

You can sacrifice everything except your health, that's all I ask of you. Be happy with what you choose as your goal, and be content when you achieve it.

Work Hard, Live Hard, Play Hard, and Fight Hard.

There is a saying that goes with this..
When you're young you chase wealth at the cost of your health.
When your old you chase health at the cost of your wealth.

Right on the spot bro!
