Hi everyone, I'm here to tell you some facts about some regions of my country... Today I'm going to talk about the northeast region, which is considered a hotter region, in addition to the food, the amazing places, the regional festivals.
Bahia has one of the most traditional and richest cultures in Brazil, which is home to the roots of the country's artistic and social expressions. It is considered a hotbed of brilliant minds, where important Brazilian scientists, engineers, poets, musicians and artists were born.
Bahian cuisine is more than special. It received indigenous, African, European and even Asian contributions. As Portugal dominated the international spice trade of the Indies, these ingredients strongly influence the development of typical Bahia dishes.
