Mix of both... depends how comfortable I am with my current situation lol

One day I was doing an interview for a job I didn't really wanted (they approached me). WHen they asked the classic question "why are you considering leaving your current job?" I literally said: "I'm not. You came to me and I'm willing to hear what you have to offer"
