That would be interesting, I was on the podcast, but between the fact that I don't understand English very well and the connection was bad, I understood little. I guess they have a plan to do it.

They are just one group. There are others. Basically they were talking about layers of infrastructure which people/devs can tap into.
Yes, in the end I understood the essence of what they were talking about, and what they are saying makes complete sense. All that remains is to execute.
