That's awesome! Obviously the world has progressed at such an incredible rate because of this kind of mentality... it's so much healthier than always trying to be perfect.
As an IT Security guy though, it does pain me a little though, because not enough people go back to properly secure the thing that did end up succeeding... although I guess if they did I'd be out of a job.

As an IT person, I get triggered by the fact backups are always the last thing considered.
