Not that I don’t think Dave isn’t a good dude, but yeah it would have to be small circles. Just saying if you wanted something like that to scale then it would have to be done in a trustless way.

Yeah for a full blown betting platform, that would have to be built using smart contracts. Agreed there.
Yeah like on a small scale, he could create a Hive account and call it bettingpool or something like that so that at least people could track the inflow and outflows on the blockchain.
