oh I have had the thought of down voting on a few occasions. I understand everyone in the Hive community speaks of quality content should be upvoted and maybe down vote what you don't like. The problem with that thinking, it assumes everyone knows how to define and measure quality. Quality becomes mostly subjective like an opinion with no supporting quality elements, like some facts.
When I mentioned TOS, it didn't mean it was a published document. Many businesses operate without documentation that is critical to the quality of their deliverables.
