Don't go medical yet. Try massage and exercises, and then maybe embrocation.

I use self massage for anything other than emergencies. A tennis ball pushed into your back or butt, against a hard wall or the floor could work wonders, depending on where the problem actually is.
A general rule of thumb for me is to massage the whole body to find where there is the must tightness, often there are issues you didn't even realize, not serious, just tightness that builds up over time due to habits and put pressure on the spine. (not professional advice)
Ah yeah, I did a little walk out and jugging with a few back stretch and I feel somewhat relieved. I will try your recommendation tomorrow morning if the pain returns.
I struggled with chronic back pain for two years. The solution proved surprisingly simple: stretch and run every day. The pain has vanished, my mood has lifted, and both my cognition and sleep have greatly improved.
I am going to start an exercise routine from tomorrow morning, a walk out and some press ups will be okay for me.
