Yes it is web 3, it's the largest repository of videos outside YouTube and was set up to help video bloggers have web 3 type control and potential earnings from their content.

Yes @winanda, Odysee is a Web3 video site like 3speak except on the LBRY blockchain. I believe they're moving to Arweave soon though.
Sounds interesting. So to get in, I would have to create an account on LBRY blockchain.
They have a managed lite account like INLEO, so you'd just need an email.
