According to the Cato Institute's Freedom in the 50 States, Oregon is the 46th freest state, while New Hampshire is the 1st.
Voting or not is immaterial (because someone else always votes). You get what you vote for.

i hate that the election is so important to the world because it just polarizes us more and more. We need more unity among the western societies.
We do, although the specific thing I was pointing out applies to individual US states, therefore not really to the rest of the world.
